ReplyDeleteI thought this promotion would be a good reason for me to finally get into the dealership since I'm in the market for an SC430. I went to the Lexus of Orlando dealership with my printed email yesterday at around 6:30pm. I worked with a Friday Santos and test drove 2 Lexus SC430s. After Mr. Santos gave me the pros and cons of each car I also talked to the sales manager Robert King who validated my email. He didn't seem like he was interested in helping me get into the car he seemed like he was more annoyed that I showed up for the promo. He said I should receive an email within an hour or so of leaving the dealership. I think I left the dealership at around 8:00PM. I still haven't received my gift card. Even though the "$100 gift" that you probably won't receive after going here was a good reason to come in I'm still in the market for an SC430 and after the experience with Robert I kind of felt that he didn't care about making a sale or customer service
